Digital Product Policy

This policy covers how our digital products are licensed, delivered and used.

What are digital products?

Our digital products include guides, starter packs, printable PDFs, spreadsheets, checklists and other downloadable resources. They are files you receive electronically, not physical items that are shipped.

Personal licence

Every digital product is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. When you purchase or receive a product, you receive a single-user licence to use it for your own learning, planning and reference.

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the product
  • Redistribute, share or upload the files to public platforms
  • Modify the content and present it as your own work
  • Use the product to train others for profit without our written agreement

Delivery

Digital products are delivered by direct download or email link once checkout is available. Free products such as the Global Future Pilot Starter Pack are delivered by email after signup. Make sure your email address is correct so delivery reaches you.

Where a product is described as an immediate download, access is provided after a successful checkout. You are responsible for saving a personal copy and keeping the download link private. Delivery can occasionally be delayed by payment checks, email filtering or a technical problem.

Format and device guidance

Most products are provided as PDFs. PDFs can be opened on modern computers, tablets and phones using free software such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Preview or your browser. Some files may include spreadsheets in formats compatible with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or Apple Numbers. Check the product description for specific format details before purchasing.

Education and verification

Digital products are for education and general guidance. They are not official regulatory documents. Always verify requirements with the relevant aviation authority, training provider or employer before making training or career decisions.

Refunds for digital items

Digital products are generally non-refundable after they have been accessed or downloaded. We will review requests where a file is faulty, the description was materially inaccurate, a duplicate purchase was made or a refund is required by law. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Technical support

If a link does not arrive, access fails or a file will not open, email support with your order details and a description of the issue. We will try to resend the link or provide a working file. We cannot guarantee compatibility with outdated devices or unsupported software.

Updates

We may issue updates to digital products when regulations, procedures or industry guidance changes. Updates to a product you have already purchased, if any, will be communicated by email or made available through your original download link.
