Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for FlightPath Hub products.
Digital products
Our paid products are digital downloads (guides, starter packs, printable PDFs, spreadsheets and similar files). Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, they are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
We will consider a refund in the following situations:
- The file is faulty, corrupted or cannot be opened on a standard device
- The product description was materially inaccurate
- Refund is required by applicable UK consumer protection law
If you believe you meet one of these conditions, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
Incorrect or duplicate purchases
If you buy the wrong item by mistake or are charged twice for the same order, email us promptly. Include the order number and the email address used at checkout. We will review what happened and, where appropriate, correct the order or refund the duplicate charge.
Download or access issues
If a download link does not arrive, expires or the file will not open, contact support before requesting a refund. We will first try to restore access, resend the file or provide a working copy.
Physical products
Physical products are not currently on sale. When they become available, return and refund details will be shown with the product and at checkout. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what was ordered, contact support with the order number, a description and clear photos where possible. We will work with the supplier or fulfilment provider to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
UK statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer. If you are entitled to a refund under UK consumer law, we will honour that entitlement.
Checkout not yet live
Paid checkout is not available yet. This refund policy will apply once paid products and checkout are launched. Free resources such as the Global Future Pilot Starter Pack do not require payment and are not subject to refunds.
