This policy explains how FlightPath Hub collects, uses and looks after your personal information. We aim to be transparent and keep things simple.
What we collect
We collect your name and email address when you:
- Join the free Global Future Pilot Starter Pack list
- Join the Virtual Pilot Logbook waitlist
- Sign up to the Aviation Briefing email list
- Complete a form or send us an email, including your message and contact details
- Place an order through Shopify, including order, delivery and purchase details
Payment details are handled by Shopify and its payment processors. FlightPath Hub does not directly receive or store your full card details. We do not ask for sensitive personal data such as medical records.
How forms and emails work
Email signups, including the free pack, waitlists and briefing list, are processed by Brevo, our email service provider. Your name and email address are stored with Brevo and used to send the content and updates you requested.
Our contact form opens your own email app using a mailto link. The message is sent directly by your email provider, so it is not stored or processed by a form backend on our site.
Ecommerce
Purchases are processed by Shopify. We may receive order details needed to provide the product, support the order and meet record-keeping duties. Payment data is handled by Shopify and its payment processors, not by FlightPath Hub directly.
Aviation Jobs Board
The Aviation Jobs Board uses Adzuna. Search terms, locations and selected countries are sent from our server to Adzuna so matching listings can be returned. Your browser does not contact Adzuna directly through our search. FlightPath Hub does not receive job applications or applicant data. If you follow a listing and apply on an external site, that site handles your information under its own privacy terms.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Search Console to monitor how the site performs in search results. This is based on aggregated, anonymised data and does not identify individual visitors.
The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser (local storage) so the setting persists between visits. This is not a cookie and is not used for tracking.
Analytics or marketing cookies are only used after you give consent. For more information and to change your choices, read our Cookie Policy.
How we use your information
- To deliver downloads, emails and updates you requested
- To process and support orders
- To reply to questions and support messages
- To operate the jobs search and understand site search performance
- To keep the website secure and meet legal or accounting duties
Services that process data
We use the following service providers for specific parts of the website:
- Shopify, for orders, checkout and payment processing
- Brevo, for newsletter, waitlist and email delivery
- Adzuna, for external job search results
- Google, through Google Search Console, for aggregated search performance information
Lawful basis
For marketing emails, our lawful basis is your consent. You give this when you tick the signup box and confirm your subscription.
Your rights
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can use it at any time to stop future emails.
You also have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it. To do this, email privacy@flightpathhubs.com.
International transfers
Our email provider (Brevo) may process and store data outside your home country, including in the European Economic Area and other locations where they operate. They maintain appropriate safeguards in line with data-protection regulations.
Retention
We keep your email address only for as long as you remain subscribed, or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, your email is removed from our active mailing lists.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any material changes will be shared by email or noted on this page.
