Shipping Policy

This policy explains how delivery works for FlightPath Hub products.

Digital products

Digital products (guides, starter packs, printable PDFs, spreadsheets and similar files) do not require shipping. They are delivered electronically by download or email once checkout is available.

Physical products

Physical product fulfilment is not active because physical products are not currently on sale. We may introduce physical items in the future, such as printed materials, apparel or accessories. This policy will be updated when that happens.

Planned delivery approach

When physical products become available, dispatch and delivery times will vary depending on:

  • The product type and whether it is made to order
  • Your delivery address and destination country
  • The supplier, print provider or courier fulfilling the order

Available shipping methods, estimated times and shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you place an order. We will not make a specific delivery promise unless it is shown there.

Delivery address

You are responsible for entering a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. Contact support as soon as possible if you notice a mistake. We may not be able to change an address after a supplier or print provider has started fulfilment.

Customs and import duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product price.

Damaged or lost items

If a physical item arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, contact us with your order details and we will work with the supplier or courier to resolve it.
